San Jose Del Cabo is
located about 20 miles
North East of Cabo San
Lucas. This quaint town
of 50,000 people has
historic century - old
Spanish colonial- style
brick and adobe
structures and a
beautiful shady town
centre with a breath
taking church to capture
every ones attention.
San Jose Del Cabo is a
clean, well maintained
town offering all the
amenities of a larger
city which are within
walking distance. The
people are friendly,
courteous and are always
willing to help. Should
you need to venture into Cabo San Lucas it is only a short drive away
or if you do not have transportation you will arrive quickly with the
bus service, buses stop at about every twenty minutes. About 1 1/2
miles to the east of San Jose Del Cabo is a tranquil fishing village
Pueblo La Playa or simply known by the locals as La Playita. If you
were to arrive around 2pm the locals would be coming in with their
catch of the day and would be happy to sell you fresh fish at a price
you could not refuse. La Playita will not stay the sleepy little
village as it is known today. This tranquil little fishing village
is being developed for the purpose of a first class marina and is
also the gateway to the East Cape, which is quickly becoming noticed
for its desirability. For more information on La Playita or The East
Cape and its possibilities please venture to my East Cape Link or
