 I thought about the tranquility of this town San Jose and the state
of affairs here in Mexico. Those of us in Los Cabos happen to live in
a location that is Presidente Fox's favorite. Thanks to this, we had

which was a great success. We expect to see the benefits of this 
worldwide exposure. The amount of approximately 232 million U.S.
dollars was invested in our community of Los Cabos.

     The area of Los Cabos has an approved plan that will see well
over 1 billion U.S. dollars spent over the next 20 years on 
infrastructure. The growth projection is to take this area from 
the current 132,000 + - to 1,000,000 people within this 20 year
period. The highways will be improved to access both the Sea of
Cortez and Pacific Ocean coastline. Today we are able to get U.S.
Title Insurance on properties here to guarantee that your investment
is safe in Mexico. 
   I believe that one should take advantage of current market 
conditions and invest. The town of San Jose is having a new marina 
built that will develop over 1800 acres. Offering 2 - 18 hole 
golf courses designed by Greg Norman, as well as an entire 
community including hotels, houses,condominiums, restaurants,
shops, and markets. The project, known as Puerto Los Cabos, 
will have slips for 600 boats and will be built by known developer 
Eduardo Sanchez Navarro, owner of Mexico's number one beer, Corona.
