Hello, My name is Randy Thompson and I would like to welcome
you to Los Cabos Baja California Sur Mexico. This tropical 
paradise will grab hold of you once you have visited and never
let you go as it did for me in 1992. Its raw beauty and friendly
people combined with the tranquil pace make this a one of a
kind location for those looking to retire or adventure.
    
      I practiced Real Estate in British Columbia Canada 
since 1984 and hold an agent and broker's license. I focus 
on the Costa Azul area in San Jose and am interested in
subdivision development and the construction of residential
property.   I have worked in the construction industry for 
7 years before being licensed to sell as a Real Estate agent
in 1984. I built a commercial structure in British Columbia 
in 1996 and I am familiar with Auto Cad. I have practiced 
Spanish since 1992 and have been to college for an advanced 
program in Conversational Spanish. I am interested in promoting
Recycling Programs for this area and would like to see 
further use of desalination plants and the process of
reverse osmosis.  

     In October of 2001, I made the decision 
to move here full time and have absolutely no regrets. 
The area provides, what I think is the best climate in 
North America, and the economy is vibrant. I see many 
fantastic opportunities here, and a lifestyle that is
