Dear Friends:
It has been some time since I contacted you with a market update. There is no excuse for my tardiness, aside from hard work, good friends and simply having fun in the sun. Los Cabos is a place with an ever changing complexion which stands to do a lot more changing. Currently there are many projects which dot the coastline now from La Paz on the east coast wrapping around to La Paz on the west coast. It is difficult to stay ahead of the progress. The recent addition of commercial services provided here now range from Costco, Mega, Ley’s, CCC, Home Depot and soon to be Wal Mart. The days of having difficulties finding particular items are gone. Real Estate sales are vibrant and the land developers appear to be running at full capacity. Recent statistics showed we had a 26% increase in visitors from 2004 with 1,503,217 to 1,921,196. Los Cabos still provides the charm which leaves them wanting to stay longer. We have recently had competitive financing made available to us. The rates are in the area of 8.5 with 20-30 amortization periods with as little as 25% down payment. This market is becoming increasingly competitive which will benefit the borrower. There are so many activities to do daily, and the weather cooperates. Today we are enjoying sunny skies with a slight breeze off the Pacific. Perfecto. The winters are refreshing the climate is ideal Los Cabos to me, represents a feeling of freedom and youthful enthusiasm. This provides me with an abundance of energy and a lust for life. I welcome you to come and experience Los Cabos and let me help you become a permanent resident.
