I was inspired to write a brief progress report on Los Cabos real estate, following recent sales training.

Near San Jose currently under construction, Puerto Los Cabos features hotels, residential lots, a 600 slip marina and 36 holes of Norman/Nicklaus golf. On hotel boulevard, Cabo Azul and the Mayan Palace are time share resorts which are near completion. Playa Tortuga, Las Mananita’s and Las Residencias of Costa Azul, are quality built condominiums under construction.

Within Palmilla, Villas Del Mar offer Las Haciendas and Las Entradas homes with all of the amenities of Palmilla. Oasis is a new neighborhood, featuring estate sized lots, for custom built homes on the Jack Nicklaus golf course.

On the corridor, Snell Real Estate offers condominiums, custom homes, and home sites within Cabo Del Sol. The Sheraton and Fiesta Americana are hotels within this neighborhood. This golf community offers 36 holes of golf designed by Tom Weiskoft.

Near Cabo San Lucas, Punta Ballena is a planned community offering Las Estrellas, condominiums. villas, custom homes, and home sites.

In Cabo San Lucas the Pedregal, a planned community experiences more home construction. Capella, a planned community within the Pedregal has begun construction.

From Cabo San Lucas to Todos Santos there are many large neighborhoods planned.

Todos Santos has been named a “Magical Town” by the Mexican government. The town will benefit from Federal funding for restoration and improvements.

In La Paz, El Mogote, is a master planned neighborhood with a 600 slip marina. There are 500 condominiums, 500 custom homes, and hotels under construction.
